Process groups are unstructured group spaces focused on learning more about self in relation to others through here-and-now interactions with other group members.
These groups are ideal for anyone struggling in their interpersonal life, for any reason. In these groups, there are opportunities to:
Build intimacy with others through mutual vulnerability and openness. |
Experiment with different ways of interacting with others. |
Receive feedback, so you know how you impact others. |
Give feedback, so you can learn how to better communicate your reactions, feelings, and thoughts. |
