You may be assigned homework between sessions, to give you an opportunity to practice what you are learning in these groups. Ideal for anyone interested in learning concrete skills in a class-like structure.

Ready, Set, Focus!
Group members will meet for six weeks to discuss their experience with attentional difficulties (no formal diagnosis required or provided) and learn skills to cope with feeling overwhelmed, procrastinating, getting distracted, and struggling with organization.
