These groups are educational in nature, focused on teaching you skills to help overcome your problems. In some cases, you will be assigned homework between sessions, to give you an opportunity to practice what you are learning in these groups.

Join us for this workshop focused on becoming more mindful, making room for your reactions, developing your values and taking effective action.

5-week workshop to learn more about “healthy boundaries:-how they help with work-life balance, help us deal with “toxic” people and the role boundaries serve in our relationships.

Learn coping skills to manage issues with attention, feeling overwhelmed, procrastination, distraction and organization. Runs for 6 weeks.
