These semi-structured and unstructured groups focus on one topic or a shared experience. Through vulnerability and the sharing of struggles you will have the opportunity to give and receive support and validation, as well as learn from others and what they have been through. Ideal for anyone interested in talking with others who have had similar lived experiences.

Radiance Recovery for Healthier Romantic Relationships

An 8-week psychoeducational support group for all who fall on the spectrum of womanhood (trans-femme and non-binary identities welcome). 

Are you in an unfulfilling romantic relationship? Are you having a difficult time leaving an unhealthy relationship or letting go after ending one? If so, this group may be for you. Through structured activities and discussion, participants will learn ways to restore the radiance that was lost in unfulfilling and/or unhealthy romantic partnerships. Each week group members will explore themes of truth telling, finding effective support, understanding emotions, self-help strategies and crafting new ways of living that honor the self. Pre-group screening is required.

Injured Athletes Support Group

This is an open support group for student athletes recovering from medium to long-term injuries. The group will focus on increasing social support, facilitating recovery, and discussing ways to cope with the impact of injuries in healthy ways.

Psychoeducational/support group for PhD students in all phases of their program who are struggling emotionally, relationally or academically in their dissertation writing process. Meets on Zoom.

A space to express emotion, share experiences related to bereavement, and to receive and provide support. Open to anyone coping with the death or imminent death of a significant person in their life.
