These semi-structured and unstructured groups focus on one topic or a shared experience. Through vulnerability and the sharing of struggles you will have the opportunity to give and receive support and validation, as well as learn from others and what they have been through. Ideal for anyone interested in talking with others who have had similar lived experiences.

Injured Athletes Support Group
This is an open support group for student athletes recovering from medium to long-term injuries. The group will focus on increasing social support, facilitating recovery, and discussing ways to cope with the impact of injuries in healthy ways.
