Victoria Kyles (she/her) is an advanced practicum trainee at CCPS who is completing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology at Ponce Health Sciences University–St. Louis. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri with several years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
Victoria believes that a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for growth and healing. Her approach to therapy is warm, authentic, and supportive while also encouraging clients to challenge themselves, explore new perspectives, and develop skills that support meaningful change. She recognizes that beginning therapy can feel uncomfortable, and she values meeting clients where they are while allowing trust to develop at their own pace.
Victoria uses an integrative and trauma-informed approach, drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and skills-based interventions based on each client’s individual needs. She enjoys supporting students as they navigate the unique challenges of young adulthood, including life transitions, academic and personal stress, relationships, anxiety, depression and the many demands that can accompany college life.
