Megan Stutsman is an advanced practicum trainee at CCPS who is completing her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at McKendree University. Megan enjoys working with young adults as they navigate life transitions, relationships, identity development, and the challenges that can arise during this stage of life. She primarily gravitates toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using a collaborative and strengths-based approach to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Megan strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, gaining insight, building practical coping skills, and working toward meaningful change.
